Claims Information
 
We are advocates for our clients in the claims settlement process. Many claims may be reported directly to an insurance company using a Toll Free number (see the links at the right).  We recommend that you call our Claims Manager so that we may discuss your claim in greater detail.  Our staff will process your claim information in a timely manner.
 
Claims for all personal and commercial policy claims (except life and health) should be reported by phone to our office at (607) 734-4291 or (877) 569-2886. 
 
For emergency personal or commercial claim reporting outside of normal working hours, either contact the company directly (see the links at the right) or call our paging service at (607) 737-8743.  This pager is for personal or commercial claims only.
 
You must report within 10 days any motor vehicle accident occuring in New York State causing a fatality, personal injury or damage over $1,000 to the property of any one person.  You can download the NYS MV-104 Form to submit that report to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.. 
 
Employers must send a report directly to the New York Workers' Compensation Board within ten (10) days after an accident occurs.  A copy should also be provided to your insurance carrier.  You can download the C-2 form to submit that report.
